I took it early morning and at night before bed. I did workout, Coz i am PCODic and giving up on workout is giving up on life. I will recommend this. Like blindly go for it. Do not quit. You will see results in a month itself. But don`t give up on the workout or walk, whatever suits you. It gets better day after day.
